What is the return/exchange policy?

To complete your return,

  1. Write your order number on your packaging or include it on a small note.
  2. On the note that you will be slipping into your return package;
  • Include what you will be returning
  • What you would like instead?
  • An exchange for a different item (please check our website for availability before hand)  
  • Or a refund and why?
  1. To ship the items back to us, purchase a shipping label from your local post office.

  • Refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days after we have received your return.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
  • Then contact your credit card company there is often some processing time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
  • Please note that all shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.


Note: Baity Decor is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when returning or exchanging an item. If you are experiencing any issues with your package contact your shipping provider.


Shipping and Delivery?

We ship from the US, we use priority shipping which usually takes about 2-3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders are usually shipped within the same day or 24 hours from the order date. Any orders placed on the weekends are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Note: If we have an issue verifying your shipping address your order may be delayed 24-48 hours, we will contact you and as soon as we receive the valid shipping address your order will then be shipped.

International shipping takes about 6-10 business days.


Missing Item or Wrong Order? 

If you believe that an item from your order is missing or that you were sent the wrong order, please contact our Customer Service team within two days of receiving it and let us know your issue. Email us at We will work with you to correct your order as quick as possible.


Placed an order with the wrong shipping address, email, phone number?


If you already placed an order, but realized some of the information is incorrect contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible and we will help you correct that information before your item is shipped. Also if you already placed an order that hasn’t been shipped and need to change the size of your item, you can contact our Customer Service Team at


Package was delivered, But never received?

If USPS Tracking Information says they have delivered your package, but you have not yet received them. Please confirm your address that you provided us, check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family members or others, if they have received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.


If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact USPS to discuss the issue and file a claim with them. We will do our best to assist you and figure out a solution. You can contact us through our email;
